This DVD is the first to use the unique combination of modern highspeed video recording technology and horses schooled in the academical art of riding. This gives us a chance to study the horse in movement, in a speed slow enough that our eyes and brain can take in, and then analyze what is going on.
The aim of this DVD is to show what we at this moment in time and knowledge believe to be good movement in the basic gaits of a horse. This is not meant as an instruction of how to ride your horse but as an inspiration of how to watch the horse, what to look for when it is moving well and to debate what is good movement. We hope this will be of interest for horsepeople all over the world irrespective of riding discipline, horsebreed an level of riding.
